Upon entering this colourful distillery, youâ€™ll be greeted with a welcome drink, before enjoying a deluxe gin tasting along with a presentation of the house gins with fresh garnishes, paired with StrangeLove Tonics.

Dive into flavour profiles and behind-the-scenes secrets, before getting hands on as the cocktail artisans guide you through crafting a classic tall drink. Savour your first cocktail with complimentary snacks or explore the full menu. Then, delve into large-scale cocktail making as you sip your second concoction. Cap off the experience with a smoky, bubbly gin creation for your third and final cocktail. Before you depart, enjoy a sneak peek of the distilleryâ€™s latest gin creations. Class takes place from 12-2pm on available Saturdays
More sessions take place during busy periods
This class has a duration of 2 hours

Guidelines

If you have any dietary requirements, please advise the operator at the time of booking
Due to the changing nature of the class some gins or cocktails could contain nuts or can have a vegan/gluten free substitute if necessary
No one under the age of 18 can participate in the class
Proof of ID of anyone under the age of 25 is enforced by NSW liquor and gaming laws
Responsible service of alcohol is in place and we have the right to refuse service

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The Masterclass takes place in amongst the distilleries and breweries of Marrickville, with many places to explore before or after the class.

What a fun dynamic experience! The presenter was charismatic & the whole team was knowledgeable & able to answer all our questions well. I learned a great deal about not only the cocktails in the class but also gin itself as well as my own tastes & preferences. At least from what I'm able to recall...!
