Calling all gin lovers and cocktail aficionados! Discover the art of making the perfect gin from the people behind the spirit during this informative and entertaining distillery tour. You'll go behind-the-scenes and see firsthand the production processes and area, with the opportunity to view the stills, botanicals used and the bottling setup. Your guide will invite you to touch, taste and smell their Aussie ingredients as they share with you the history of gin. After the tour, you'll sample their core gin expressions as selected by the Head Distiller during an in-depth tasting.

Gin Making & Tasting for two

For what it cost, the experience wasn’t overwhelming. There was music playing in part of the venue, so hearing our host was very difficult. The antipasto food came out at the end, which we all thought would of been better whilst the distillation process was going through.

Jade was absolutely amazing! Full of fun facts to keep the conversation going and secret tricks to make our personalised Gin taste better. The gin and tonic, cocktail, and cheese platter were all fabulous. It's so much fun learning about how Gin is made whilst making your own signature bottle. In the warehouse you can see how Manly Spirits make their alcohol while you sit in a beautiful room with beakers and test tubes and spices and herbs ready to make your own. I would do this class again and recommend it to all Gin lovers.

I have never been to a gin master class before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect - But whatever expectations I had were blown away! The class instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process of making your own gin was quite personalized as there are so many botanical options to choose from. Plus, the cocktails and cheese board were delicious. Will definitely be back!

5 stars - without hesitation! The hospitality, the cocktails, the cheeseboard, the personalisation elements - it was all just super fun. Definitely go with a group of your friends and make an afternoon of it!

I bought this for a friends birthday and the whole experience was definitely not worth it. They gave you four different gins to taste and barely any explanation on the history. The food and drinks were also additional ontop of this voucher which were way overpriced and a very minimal selection. Quote disappointed.
