Disconnect from the outside world and detach from external stimulation as you relax in a floatation tank, also known as a sensory deprivation tank. Experience weightlessness as your body is partially submerged in Epsom salt-rich water that is heated to your body’s natural temperature and reap the physical, mental and emotional benefits of floatation therapy. Benefits include relief from joint and muscle tension, increased circulation, reduction in stress and anxiety, improved skin appearance and more. With all of the lights and sound removed, feel your thoughts and stresses melt away as your mind enters a meditative state. Your private float suite is equipped with a shower and all of the necessary products, which you’ll use before and after your float. Conclude the session with a soothing herbal tea in the lounge before returning to reality.
Swimwear is optional. Towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face washer, make up remover, petroleum jelly, ear plugs and hair dryer is supplied.
