Caught up in the rush of everyday life and need an outlet to unwind? Floatation tank therapy is the perfect medium, allowing you to relax, rejuvenate and restore your body and mind through sensory deprivation. Your blissful journey begins the moment you walk into the spa, oozing a calm and luxurious ambience. Step into the state-of-the-art float pod and slowly sink into the warm water, filled with over 600kg of Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate). Within minutes, you'll feel like you're floating on a cloud as the stress and tension that plague your body slip away. Without the distractions of external stimulation such as sound and light, you can truly let go. After the session, enjoy your post-float glow in the lounge with a complimentary herbal tea.

- This experience is 60 minutes in duration
- Available everyday excluding Wednesday
- Bookings are essential
Guidelines
- Participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to their session
- Participants with eczema or psoriasis can attend, provided vaseline is used to protect the skin. Any transmittable skin conditions are not suitable for floatation tanks
- No fake tan or hair dye can be applied within seven days prior to the floatation session
- It is best to avoid shaving or waxing 6-12 hours before floating
- Try to eat a few hours before the float so you don't need to use the bathroom in the middle of your session
Cancellation
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booking
- Cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours notice will incur a full charge of your appointment fee
Numbers on the Day
You will be in a private float suite containing your own floatation pod, shower and change area
Dress Code
Bathers are not required as the tanks are cleaned and sanitised after each session.
