During the session the driver had to pull over due to extreme rainfall until it was safe to do so. He was then instructed to head back early. Understandably, the company cannot control the weather but the experience has hindered due to the circumstances. I had sent a message regarding a rescheduled time which I didn't get a reply resulting in a follow up message to get a response. Unfortunately we were offered nothing to compensate the issues that occurred and shortened time. Be sure to avoid any weather condition issues!
