It felt very rushed, the mask was put on and I was given an arm and hand massage which I was not told to remove my jewellery. They then left me with the face mask on for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely dishonest and disappointing experience.. the package was for 60 minutes but all treatment was done in 40-42 minutes. The therapist was focusing only on selling in house products. She was stopping unnecessarily for several minutes.
