Calling all keen yogis! Switch up your normal yoga routine and have a go at yoga on a stand up paddle board! Situated on the blissful shores of Ettalong Beach in the Central Coast, your experienced instructor will guide you through mindful movements designed to keep you in the present and strengthen your mind and body. Most of the moves are done sitting or laying down, making it a very easy and safe session. Wind down the class with 10 minutes of mediation whilst drifting on your board and taking in the peaceful sounds of the flowing ocean, before enjoying a social paddle after the class.
Not advisable for people with medical conditions or those who are pregnant.
Minimum of four and a maximum of 20 participants.
In the event of light rain or overcast conditions, this experience will still take place however in heavy rain or strong winds it will be rescheduled.
Casual comfortable outdoor clothing or sportswear that can get wet is recommended. Also bring a hat, sunglasses and water shoes or an old pair of trainers that can get wet.
