Individuals must have a reasonable fitness level.
Cancellation
- Same day cancellation: the tour can be rescheduled at another time. However, no refunds are available for same day cancellation. Rescheduling is strictly subjected to availability.
- 48 hours notice of cancellation: the tour can be rescheduled at another time or 50% cancellation fee is applied. Rescheduling is strictly subjected to availability
- 72 hours notice of cancellation: the tour can be rescheduled at another time or 20% of cancellation fee is applied. Rescheduling is strictly subjected to availability.
Numbers on the Day
The minimum tour size is 2 and maximum is 10.
Weather
This tour is an all-weather event, meaning the tour will be operated regardless of rainy weather if it is deemed to be safe by the tour provider. No refunds will be provided, however, rescheduling is accepted. Only if conditions are dangerous will the tour be cancelled.
Dress Code
Comfortable clothes and enclosed shoes are highly recommended. Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses are recommended.

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for bike testing. If you arrive late, please inform tour provider at least 24 hours in advance.
