Session Length

Please allow 90 minutes for the total experience duration
You will have one hour to complete the escape room challenge
Timeslots available every 90 minutes
This experience is available daily, excluding some public holidays

Opening hours:

Monday to Thursday, 10.20am until 7.30pm
Friday 10.20am until 10pm
Saturday 9am until 10pm
Sunday 8.50am until 6pm

Closed Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Guidelines

No physical skill required
Suitable for all abilities including participants with disabilities
Appropriate for ages seven years and over
Minimum of one participant aged 15 years and over per session
Hours and public holiday availability are subject to change
Please call ahead if any participants have mobility requirements to ensure a suitable room is allocated

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Escape room was very fun

We were both a bit sceptical at first when we received this voucher. Thankfully we decided to give it a go anyway and were very pleasantly surprised. We did the Alice room and it was super fun. Would highly recommend.

Simply put, Redballoon is a fantastic way to give a flexible gift. Similar to gift cards, but specifically designed around experiences which in my opinion: are far better and more thoughtful gifts. The escape room was challenging and fun. Well thought out and friendly staff to welcome us to the experience.
