Enjoy the most grand tradition of England in the surrounds of the beautiful Blue Mountains - afternoon tea! Upon arrival, you'll be stunned by the understated elegance and warm ambiance of this well known mountain resort, decorated with plush Victorian armchairs, lounges, two fireplaces and charming artworks. You'll be served a three-tiered stand adorned with an assortment of sweet and savoury bites including freshly baked scones with homemade jam and clotted cream, exquisite French pastries and gourmet finger sandwiches. You'll also be treated to a glass of sparkling wine to accompany your afternoon of indulgence.

was not a real high tea no cake caddy food served up on normal kitchen crockery no fine china three hot foods were cold cakes we okay scones not very pleasant just blobs of pastry definitely need improving no real ambiance - very disappointing staff were nice though

The venue is nice - cozy with a fire etc, food is nice - usual scones, sandwiches and cakes but zero veiw of the blue mountains, we may as well have had a High Tea closer to home

booking procedure had many errors

I reconnected high tea service great but have had better experiences at places with views. however I don’t see the sense of redballoon voucher received as gift then need to bake an account with red balloon booking had 4 emails sent with confirmation can take up to 2 days to get confirmation of booking when we booked day before. ringing venue they couldn’t help as had to go through red ballon took printed voucher as told by red baloon to venue yet it was the wrong voucher code as new code generated at booking use red ballon to find experience then book direct $50 from voucher not used seems to ended up in redballoon pocket
