Get up close to gentle and majestic freshwater whiprays during this encounter at Crocosaurus Cove. Guided by expert handlers, you will hand feed one of the resident two metre wide whiprays. Spend the rest of the day observing some of Australia's largest saltwater crocodiles and other reptiles.
Friendly, majestic and inquisitive, the freshwater whipray is a lesser-known species of stingray found mainly in rivers and estuaries. Enjoy an up-close encounter with these amazing creatures during your next visit to Crocosaurus Cove. An expert handler will guide you as you hand feed one of their friendly two metre wide whiprays. You better prepare to get wet, as they could splash about with delight as they're fed. Your ticket also includes full day access to Crocosaurus Cove where you can view massive saltwater crocodiles, crocodile hatchlings and an array of reptiles.
Minimum of two and maximum of four participants.
It is recommended to wear footwear that can be easily removed and avoid wearing long trousers. Loose items may need to be removed and stored during the encounter.
