This cultural Blue Mountains Day Tour offers an action packed day of sight seeing and learning about the Australian history and culture. With many stops along the way, the highlights include 360° views of the densely forested Jamison Valley. Here at Scenic World, you will also have the option to ride on the Scenic Railway, Cableway and Skyway at an additional cost, or take a wander along the walkway. You will visit Echo Point, one of the most famous lookouts in NSW with views stretching across to the Three Sisters - a trio of rocky pinnacles. Learn about the Aboriginal dreamtime legend of the Three Sisters, and later have the opportunity to be further introduced to indigenous culture on a visit to the Waradah Aboriginal Centre. Experience traditional dance, take part in an interactive didgeridoo performance, examine authentic artworks and take home genuine Aboriginal souvenirs.
Next it's on to the picturesque and quaint town of Leura, famous for its antique stores. Meander around or grab a bite to eat. This fantastic day ends with a stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park where you will be able to hand-feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus and enjoy a face-to-face encounter with one of the friendly koalas.
