I am booked in for experience in July. Voucher is from 2019 . Had booked twice but due to Covid experience cancelled. Red balloon went above and beyond to reissue however the girl that I was dealing with at wellness centre was a totally different experience. I will see how we go with our treatment.

I have never had such a frustrating experience firstly calling several time because my I’d code wasn’t working and the credit not loaded on to my account I finally had to call to book on the phone as the website just wast working and again my credit was not loaded I think RedBalloon should make regular visits to the places you recommend as experiences as my was a real letdown I used $375 of my voucher only to have a not very professional experience the place was not clean and towels were a shade of dirty grey and the massage I received was given by someone with little experience I also bought the binoculars that the currier could not deliver because they said they had the wrong address which was the correct address and finally they did deliver after I told them I may cancel the order

The timeframe of this experience was just right. 2 1/2 hours of relaxation was just heaven. I was worried I would get bored, but this wasn’t an issue. Slept like a baby after this experience.
