In extreme weather conditions, the experience may be cancelled if safety is a concern. You will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.
Please wear long pants, closed shoes and long sleeves. Bring sunscreen and a hat for sunny days.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
