Discover the most magical spots in Byron on this half day tour with Behind the Bay tours. After being picked up from your accommodation in Byron, youâ€™ll begin your adventure with a journey through the hinterland, arriving at the enchanting Killen Falls waterfall. Take a refreshing dip in the pristine waters and swim amongst the turtles, surrounded by alluring caves and overhanging trees. Next, youâ€™ll travel to the incredible Lennox Head coastline, where youâ€™ll enjoy a scenic walk along the headland, with large cliff faces, beaches, rivers and unobscured views of the breathtaking coastline.

Your next stop is the beautiful Lake Ainsworth Ti Tree lake, where you wonâ€™t be able to resist a rejuvenating dip in the perfectly blue water, said to have healing powers such as relieving aches and pains, soften the skin, improve blood flow and boost your immunity. Youâ€™ll stop with the group at a kiosk for lunch, before making your way to Broken Head National Park for a short forest trail, arriving at epic lookout spots and secret beaches hidden between mountains. At the end of the tour, you'll be dropped back off at your accomodation in Byron.

This tour has a duration of approximately 6 hours
Pick up is at 11am and drop off at 5pm

Guidelines

Please note lunch is not included in this tour
There will be a stop at a kiosk for lunch at the customers expense

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

There is a maximum of 24 passengers on this tour. The provider reserves the right to cancel the tour if there are 4 or less passengers booked on a particular day.

No spectators are allowed.

Weather

The tour will go ahead in all conditions, unless the weather makes it unsafe to do so.

Dress Code

Please dress comfortably and bring your swimmers. Closed shoes are recommended particularly for the waterfall. Please also bring along a towel, a water bottle and your camera.

Unforgettable experience!

Harry’s tour was brilliant. He picks you up from where you are staying, and makes it a very comfortable and fun experience for everyone. It honestly felt like spending a day exploring with friends, it was great to do as a solo traveller, and would be great in a family or with a group of friends. You get to see more of Byron bay than the typical shops and beaches. Waterfalls, beaches and a beautiful tea tree lake. We enjoyed a nice lunch as well :). Beautiful day in the sun, thanks so much Harry. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!
