Our room had huge twin beds, a bottle of bubbles on arr9val and a late checkout with breakfast included. The view was amazing, particularly at night, and we were able to walk across the William Bonner Bridge to the City, plus a short stroll to the many restuarants of Southbank. We both loved it. This should be itemised on the Experience Download from Red Balloon. Also there was no wine in the room when we checked in, and because of staffing issues at the hotel it took an hour and a half to get reception to bring it up. Otherwise we enjoyed the experience, it was a great value offer, and if it was available at a different hotel we would do it again.
