As you join a knowledgeable Seafood Educator on this guided two hour tour, you'll uncover the rich history of the market and see how the famous Dutch auction clock system keeps this fast paced operation moving. You'll walk the live auction floor as the day's freshest catch is traded, placing you right at the heart of the action.
Along the way, you'll get up close to an extraordinary range of seafood, from live crabs and lobsters to colossal tuna, while learning what sets premium sashimi apart. Watch oysters expertly shucked, explore specialist seafood retailers and discover how more than 100 species are sourced daily from Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific. It's an immersive, social experience that deepens your appreciation for seafood and the people behind it.

Please bring a warm jacket as we will be spending over an hour in refrigerated spaces. PPE will be given out on site to use for the duration of the tour.
