Experience the Barossa Valley as though you were driving yourself, without the risks of a designated driver. Just an hour north of Adelaide, the region is one of Australia’s best and most renowned wine regions. Departing mid-morning, the bus follows a timetable circuit allowing you to hop-on or off at up to 4 destinations independently. Wine tastings and lunch are not included, and some wineries may require prior bookings.

Fantastic Tour

We had Amber as our tour guide and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the region and very lovely looking after everyone on the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour, loved we could pick the places we wanted to see.

Tour was a fun experience and the guide had a lot of knowledge to share on the region but the driver drove extremely fast and at times myself and other passengers felt extremely unsafe

The day was so well organised from booking the date to the information emailed to us. Each venue had a great explanation making it very easy for us to choose which ones we wanted to visit and the timetable for each venue.

This experience was absolutely fantastic! I have been on multiple wine tours, most of them guided, however the hop on hop off tour gave us control and a sense of ease over our day. We stopped at 4 places, each for 1 hour, the bus was prompt at picking us up and our guide Nath was fantastic at giving us tips and facts about Barossa Valley! If you are wanting to control your own experience, and maybe don’t want to follow 20+ people around for a day this experience is definitely for you! Trail hopper also have some fantastic deals set up with all the wineries which turned out to be a big money saver as you purchased wine and nibbles. We visited Bethany Winery, Lambert Estate, Provenance Barossa (specifically the Distillery there) and then Maggie Beers Farm Shop! I would highly recommend all of these places, especially the distillery for some gin tasting and a MAGNIFICENT antipasti platter!

Tour was awesome, but a bit rushed if you wanted to go to 4 wineries for 1 hr each, not much time to eat platter extra 15 min would have been perfect, our driver Naomi was awesome ,(thanks for the mints at the end☺️)
