Become an overnight barista and indulge in your love for coffee with this fun and friendly Barista Training Course. Perfect for beginners wanting to work as a professional barista or for people who just want to enjoy an awesome cup of coffee in the office or at home.
During the course you’ll learn the secrets behind using a commercial grade coffee machine, pouring the perfect espresso shot, the art of milk texturing and creating specialty drinks on a café menu. You’ll also discover the rich international history of coffee and how coffee is grown and harvested. The trainer will educate you on the roasting process and the characteristics of different coffee beans and what to look for when purchasing coffee beans. This course is hands on, offering plenty of practical time to gain experience. There are intentionally limited class numbers of 8 participants to ensure personal attention in a relaxed and fun environment. Morning tea is also provided at the end of the course allowing you to compare notes with your class mates before receiving your Certificate of Completion.
Light morning tea is offered however, if you have dietary requirements please bring your own snacks.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to go ahead.
