Spend an unforgettable day discovering Australia's unique landscape on this scenic tour of the Atherton Tablelands. Departing from Cairns, prepare yourself for a fun and chilled out day that's all about nature. Each exciting stop offering incredible photo opportunities and lookouts, as well as the chance to spot rainforest wildlife, including cassowaries and tree kangaroos. Running off a flexible itinerary, your day includes swimming under picturesque waterfalls, gliding down a natural rock waterslide, a dip in volcanic crater lake, and more. All meals are provided including a tasty morning and afternoon tea, and a picnic lunch of meats, salads, bread and fruit. You'll even have the chance to tuck into an Aussie dessert favourite; the Tim Tam!

    Important information

    Departure is at 7:30am, returning at around 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Please allow up to 11 hours for the whole experience from start to start to finish, every day is a little different, depends on weather, road conditions

    Pregnancy: 37 weeks or later is not recommended Medical conditions: Please advise diet requirements, allergies, surgeries, impairments, or disabilities that may affect your level of enjoyment on the day Child Friendly: Guests 8-16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardians signature on the waiver forms

      • This tour is recommend for those aged 13 years and above
      • Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice
      • Moderate fitness level required
      • Basic swimming skills are recommended if you are to swim
      • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
      • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
      • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

      This tour runs with a minimum of 6 guests in order to guarantee its departure and a maximum of 20 passengers.

      If the tour can't go ahead due to severe weather conditions, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider.

      Comfortable clothing with swimsuit worn underneath. Towel, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended. Warmer clothes in winter, dry change of clothes and jumper

      Amazing views of the local scenery and swimming spots we plan on coming back when it's warmer to fully enjoy the water holes and water falls
