Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure for check-in. All infants must be pre-booked directly with the supplier after booking as total passenger counts are required. Please note, we do not have storage for prams and large bags on board or at our departure point. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room. Seating is pre-allocated by the Aquaduck staff.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
