Begin the experience with a tranquil bathing session, drifting between hot springs, rain pools, forest pools and invigorating cold plunges, all nestled within native coastal woodlands. Making the most of 25 contemporary geothermal pools, sauna and steam room, with a locker, towel and bathrobe provided for your ultimate convenience.

Continue with a deeply soothing treatment designed to renew the body from head to toe. Beginning with a gentle jojoba bead exfoliation to refresh and smooth dry skin, followed by a nourishing shower and the application of a luxurious rose and jasmine body lotion. Unwind afterwards in the spa lounge with a calming cup of herbal tea, before leaving feeling radiant, relaxed and completely renewed.

Session Length

This experience allows full day access to all wellness facilities and pools
Please allow a minimum of approximately two hours and 30 minutes for the experience
Renewal body treatment is one hour in duration
Open daily, except for Christmas Day
Springs are open from 7am to 10pm, with last entry at 8.30pm
The spa is open from 10am to 7pm Sunday to Friday, and 9am to 7pm on Saturdays, with the last spa arrival at 6pm

Guidelines

Bookings are essential and need to be made at least 48 hours in advance
Phones, laptops and smartwatches aren't permitted in the Alba Springs, Spa or restaurant
Alba is a smoke free venue and premise
Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code

Please wear appropriate swimwear and note that tshirts are not permitted in the pools as the high mineral content may cause discolouration. Waterproof footwear such as thongs or sandals is recommended in wet areas, and wearing jewellery is discouraged.
