Prepare for an adrenaline-fuelled aerobatic experience in the Extra 330LX stunt aircraft - Australia’s only aerobatic aircraft of its kind. Departing from Bankstown Airport, the Extra launches skyward with immense climb performance, rapidly gaining altitude as you track toward the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney. Capable of speeds exceeding 400 km/h, climbing at 2,500 feet per minute and delivering blistering roll rates of up to 420 degrees per second, this is no ordinary flight. Your experience begins at the Red Baron Hangar, where you’ll check in, suit up in a pilot’s flight suit and receive a personalised one-on-one pre-flight briefing. Once securely strapped into the cockpit and fitted with a headset, you’re ready to take on one of the most exhilarating flying experiences available.
As you climb to approximately 3,500-4,000 feet over Long Reef, the intense grade aerobatic sequence begins. Your pilot will guide you through powerful manoeuvres including loops, barrel rolls and hammerhead turns, with the possibility of inverted flight depending on conditions and your comfort level. You’ll experience strong, shifting G-forces, feeling weightless one moment and firmly pressed into your seat the next - all while enjoying panoramic views through the Extra’s bubble canopy. This high-octane aerobatic flight is designed for thrill-seekers who want to push their limits and experience the raw performance of a world-class stunt aircraft. From the moment you lift off to touchdown back at Bankstown, this is an unforgettable, pulse-racing adventure that will leave you buzzing long after the propeller stops.

Friends and family are welcome to accompany you on the day. They can relax in our comfortable flight lounge while you enjoy the experience. They will join you for your mission briefing and photos as you walk out to the aircraft. Spectators can watch your departure and will be there to greet you on landing. After your flight, we’ll play your video on the big screen so you can relive the experience together.
Red Baron reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights if conditions may affect the safety of the experience. Safety is always our highest priority. Weather conditions, aircraft serviceability and pilot availability may determine whether a flight can proceed at the scheduled date and time. If your flight is deemed unsuitable to operate, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Poor weather conditions may include, but are not limited to, low cloud cover, rain, adverse wind conditions, or forecast temperatures exceeding 33°C.
You will be suited up in a pilot flight suit, similar in specification to those used by the Australian and US Air Forces. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day. Enclosed shoes are required. Sunglasses and a hair tie for long hair are highly recommended.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
