We believe in the therapeutic effect of clay, experience a fun and creative activity with your family or friends at Urth Clay Studio in Burnside, SA. Set in a beautiful vintage wooden cottage, you will be guided through step by step process by your tutor on how to use the pottery wheel during a fun and empowering session to create food-safe and waterproof bowls, small vases, or other shapes. Embracing the process and allowing yourself to enjoy the moment without judgment or high expectations , build something that you will cherish forever from your very own hands. There is no experience needed for this class, all you need to do is have fun and enjoy the magical pottery process. Once your two ceramic pieces are complete to be food safe , the studio will process the work for you in the kiln, making it food safe and waterproof, using only environmentally friendly techniques.
