Indulge in a 3 course Modern Australian dinner at Dundee's Restaurant on the Waterfront in Cairns overlooking the Trinity Inlet and lush mountainside. Begin with a Chef's soup of the day before opting for a Chargrilled Eye Fillet grilled to perfection, a wild caught Barramundi with fresh prawns or Chicken Breast bursting with flavour. Finish this elegant Cairns waterfront with a delicious dessert.
