Restrictions

You will receive an email with pre-arrival instructions upon booking the cabin. Additional house rules will also be provided in your field guide.

Guidelines

• Guests must be over the age of 18
• Midweek stays from Monday to Thursday
• Weekend stays are for Friday to Sunday nights
• The exact location of your cabin will provide upon booking
• Cabins are located on rural and often undeveloped areas of land that are often not occupied by the Landowner all year round
• Guests are responsible for their own safety in and around the cabin and property
• No pets allowed
• Subject to availability
• Please note: All cabins have a minimum of 2-night stay on weekends.

Cancellation

• For changes made at least 30 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee and guests can choose to either reschedule, receive a gift voucher for the full amount
• For changes made 15-30 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount (plus 5% processing fee).
• For cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival there will be no refund, voucher or rebooking - partial or otherwise.
• For early departures prior to your Departure Date, there will be no refund, voucher or rebooking - partial or otherwise

Weather

The cabin is a great place to be during the warmer and cooler months and even when it rains! During wet or poor weather, guests may be notified of a weather warning. In the event you are notified of a weather warning, there will be a place to park your vehicle/s in any alternative nominated wet weather zones.

This experience is located in Macedon Ranges, VIC. The Galeb cabin sits on the traditional land of the Wurundjeri People. It is approximately a 1.5-hour drive north of Melbourne. Please note there is an 850-meter hike to the cabin from the car park.
