Looking for a change of scenery that isn't too far away? Head to the TRYP by Wyndham, planted in the centre of the Adelaide CBD and only moments away from the buzzing bars and restaurants of Hutt and Rundle Streets, and the shops of Rundle Mall. You will be staying in a deluxe hotel room, fitted out with all the amenities you need including a plush king bed, modern bathroom and in-house movies. Breakfast is included each morning at Mamacita Restaurant.

Your wine and food tour of the Barossa has you sampling and seeing the best that the region has to offer. Savour sips and meet the winemakers at Pindarie Wines and Lambert Estate, and mingle over a two course lunch, with time for coffee and chocolate port by the fire or on the sunny deck. Then it's on to the historic Chateau Tanunda, where you will get to walk around the beautiful gardens as you learn about one of the Barossa's first wineries. Finish off the tour at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop where you can sample some of her treats, and perhaps buy a few souvenirs. Spend your last night lapping up the charm of Adelaide CBD.

Barossa Winery Tour and lunch

We had a wonderful day in the Barossa Valley wine tasting, winery tours and a very enjoyable lunch included. The tour guides were lovely and very knowledgable. Our bus driver was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.

False information on venues to visit in package

It was such a shame to not go to Maggies Beers farm store as advertised. We by passed it on the bus. No mention from company that we weren't going on the day. Also didn't disclose we had to pay for a tasting which we all thought was included in the total price. Other than that it was a nice day but would have been nicer if we went to a place I was looking forward too. Maybe I wouldn't had booked this trip otherwise.

Jeff our driver, and our guide for the day, was punctual, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable & he made our trip most enjoyable. The choice of wineries, and stops, on this trip was well presented, on time and great value. Staff very friendly and had a good knowledge of their winery (Pindari and Lambert Estate!) Definitely recommend it ! Must visit Maggie Beer's Farm Shop and BV Chocolate Co at Tanunda! Thank you for a great day.
