GREAT PLACE BUT

Outstanding service and food was great. Will be going back. Unfortunately using red balloon voucher gave us no choice. Calamari entree to share and I don't like seafood and one chicken skewer and one steak for main. We could not have a steak each. Better off going direct to restaurant and get a 3 course meal for same price with choices for each course.

Be prepared to be treated differently because you have a “voucher” be prepared to spend money on top of your voucher because they won’t even give you sauce, you have to pay for it and you need to pay for a bottle of coke unless you want watery coke syrup.

Great service, calamari entree and steak main were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Loved the pepper sauce and crunchy chips. Would definitely go there again

The food was all fantastic, steak cooked perfectly and the chicken was juicy and flavourful. And to go with that the customer service from all the staff was the best. Will be telling everyone to go to the Meat & Wine Co at Parramatta a truly wonderful experience

We felt this restaurant treated us like 2nd class customers as we were using our Red Balloon gift, the food was fantastic but we felt the treatment was not great, not likely to return there for another meal any time soon
