Red Balloon admin team member was able to help by moving the booking (as we were unable to get to South Yarra) which was appreciated. However I was then advised that I would have to pay extra to do this, as the original purchase cost has increased??? I questioned this, commenting that surely if someone has given us a voucher for a set menu lunch, we should not have to pay the difference. I have never heard of a company doing this before, and only agreed to it as the booking was the next day and has been planned.
