• The cruise ship is a fully licensed vessel - In booking this experience you have access to an open bar of house spirits, beer wine and soft drinks. BYO is not permitted
• You must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol; ID may be required
• Anyone below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent
• The provider cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients will not be in the food and they explicitly accept no liability in this regard
• Vessels are stocked with life jackets to support all passengers in the case of an emergency

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Please check-in for boarding passes at the ticket office at least 20 minutes prior to boarding the cruise. From time to time, due to maintenance and scheduling, vessels may change. Vessels may include The Jackson or Captain Cook 3.
