Chocolate is the star at this hands-on truffle making workshop. Kick off with a behind-the-scenes tour on small batch artisan chocolate-making, before diving in to make your own delicious milk or dark truffles. You'll get to take home what you make at the end plus recipes to share.
Calling all chocoholics and would-be chocolatiers! This hands-on artisan truffle-making workshop will have you feeling like a pro in no time. Kick off the day with a behind-the-scenes tour of the chocolate factory, where you'll learn all there is to know about ethical single origin bean-to-bar chocolate-making. It's now time to get your hands dirty - in a good way! Don aprons and you'll soon be making your choice of milk and dark truffles rolled in your any one of ten toppings, including pistachio, toasted coconut and hundreds and thousands. At the end of the class, you'll be able to take home your masterpiece gift-packaged, along with recipes to share with family and friends.
Although the chocolate does not contain nuts or gluten, both are used on the premises.
This experience runs with a minimum of two and maximum 10 participants per class.
Visitors can watch chocolates being made from the glass-walled cafe.
This experience takes place indoors and isn't impacted by weather.
Neat, casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. If you have long hair you will need to tie it back for the duration of the class. An apron, gloves and a hair net will be provided on the day. You must wear closed toed shoes to go on the factory tour.
