Zip down the Little Sahara sand dunes like the speed of light on a red hot sandboard or toboggan for two hours. Located on Kangaroo Island, this magnificent sand dune system boasts sandy hills of all sizes and steepness, making it a hub for adventurers of all ages.
Tap into your wild side and enjoy a couple of hours out on the spectacular Little Sahara sand dunes on Kangaroo Island. You don't have to be an adrenaline junkie to get involved. The dunes vary in size and steepness, and there are stand up and sit down board options available. Choose a sandboard and surf down the sandy hills like a pro, or opt for a more relaxing time onboard a toboggan. Make your way up to the highest sand dune at 70 metres above sea level and admire the picturesque views from the peaks, before zooming back down again. If you're feeling like a speed demon, why not apply some beeswax to the base of your board and look like a red blur as you zip down the dunes. The experienced team will be on-hand to give you tips on how to stay safe and get the most out of your time on the dunes.
We recommend you wear a helmet! These are available to hire on site or you can BYO.
