But we weren’t notified of where to meet, we had to call to find out on the day, and was told to meet at a van. Where no one was there. Then eventually we waited and the teachers approached us and said we are waiting for the others, we will come get you. Once they arrived, they forgot about us and the lesson itself was over 25 minutes late. The instructions we very vague. Then almost just left for the hour and 30 we had to try our best and figure it out. Again the young girl was so kind, just the whole experience wasn’t professional at all, I wouldn’t pay that money for it again. Customer Experience Hi Kelly, I am sorry to hear the issues you had. I was in my own wetsuit and on a different coloured board so for much of the time was left out and only received instruction and 2 pushes into the waves over the 2 hour session. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Great Christmas Present Idea Karen 6 January 2020 I booked the 2 hour experience for my daughter and two teenage granddaughters as a Christmas Present. All really enjoyed the experience, spent most of their time in the water, had a great time and it was obvious to me that they were in safe hands. They said that the instructors were brilliant; they provided Initial training and then let them attempt to surf providing helpful advice when needed. The group was small and there was a wide range in ages. I would definitely recommend this experience to others.
