  • Your message can be 30 pieces long and the characters will be embossed on milk chocolate only
  • Spaces can be requested in white, milk or dark chocolate
  • If you would like to use any of the available pictograms and coloured hearts you will need to specify this in your order form

Guidelines

Chocogram will not accept responsibility for any late deliveries, wrong/incomplete delivery addresses, unattended parcels, couriers who cannot gain access to the address provided, or when the recipient is not at the given address. In extreme weather conditions Chocogram reserves the right to delay or cancel any orders intended to be sent to states experiencing high temperatures, from 35 degrees onwards. In these unforeseen circumstances you will be contacted and given the choice of delaying your delivery or a refund.

delivery Delivery

  • Item will be delivered in 1-3 working days 
  • Allow additional days for remote areas
  • Orders placed after 3pm AEST Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday onwards depending on the postcode and location
  • For all rural areas, WA, Northern QLD and NT, transit time can take up to 2-3 days
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and will await for collection from there. If the parcel is not collected within two weeks it will be returned to us. Additional costs for redeliveries will apply
