Be captivated by the wondrous Mt Macedon Ranges and the township of Daylesford during this full day tour! Departing Melbourne at 7:30am, you'll begin your journey north directly to Mt Macedon. Head up to the top of the mountain and admire the spectacular views of the sweeping landscapes below as well as the Melbourne CBD in the distance. Here, you will also be able to view the Mt Macedon Memorial Cross, which stands 21m tall and is considered the most significant war memorial in Victoria. After some time taking in your beautiful surroundings, you will head back down the mountain to the famous Hanging Rock. The Hanging Rock is a rare volcanic formation known for its unusual and distinct ridges. For those feeling energetic, you will be able to climb to the top for amazing views.
Following this, you'll head to Daylesford with your first stop being the local convent gallery. You'll then have some free time to wander through the quaint village and grab some lunch. Last on the agenda, you will visit Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm, where you will discover a host of lavender products. After a full day of exploring, you will head back to Melbourne.
