Ever wanted to run away and join the circus or fly through the air with the greatest of ease, you know, on a flying trapeze? Experience the rush of a two hour flying trapeze class.
The class starts with a warm up and all students are shown and instructed on a static trapeze bar on the ground. You’ll then learn how to position and ‘hook’ your legs around the bar and to hang upside down from your legs. A safety harness is placed on all students and hooked onto safety lines before you climb up to the platform approximately 8m above the ground. Each student will have a few swings then attempt a ‘catch’ where students will perform their ‘trick’ – you’ll let go of the bar and get caught by the ‘catcher’ on the opposite trapeze bar! All classes are conducted under strict supervision and guidance by experienced and fully qualified instructors.
