Take to the skies of Perth for a hair raising Top Gun aerobatic flight in a modern warbird. Strapped into this CT/4A, you'll enjoy an incredible 40 minutes of low level coastal flying and then higher altitudes as you are flown through multiple adrenaline pumping aerobatic manoeuvres.
This flight mission departs from Jandakot and begins with a reconnaissance segment along the coastline south of Perth, coming close to Military Base Garden Island. From there, your mission will accelerate from mild to wild! Enjoy the thrills of pulling positive and negative G's through aerobatic manoeuvres including the famous barrel roll, loops, stall turns and many others on this wild rollercoaster flight. A truly amazing experience in an iconic Australian Warbird.
Please note due to the nature of our operation and pilot availability, we will always do our best to accomodate your preferred date and time however sometimes this not always possible. Flights are typically confirmed within 1-2 weeks of the requested date.
Spectators are welcome - Jandakot Airport has a great viewing area overlooking the runways. You will be able to see the aircraft take off and land, however you will not be able to watch the aircraft carry out aerobatics as this is conducted South of Jandakot.
This experience is affected by diverse weather conditions. If the experience provider requires to cancel the experience due to poor weather conditions, you will be rescheduled by the experience provider directly.
Closed in shoes are essential.
Military aircraft are built and tested to different standards than that put forward by CASA or any equivalent international civil aviation governing body. As such, in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Parts 132.140, 150 and 132.155; >The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognized by CASA; and >CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft used for regular public transport or charter operations; and >The passenger agrees to participate in this flight at his or her own risk; and >If it is reasonable to believe that a passenger cannot understand the safety briefing; said passenger must be accompanied on the flight by a parent, guardian, or carer; and >A more detailed briefing will be provided to the passenger before they board the aircraft.
