What's included?

2 hour night photography lesson
Small group of 6 or less

In groups of 6 or less, you will start your lesson with an introduction of how to set up your camera and tripod to achieve picture perfect results. This practical photography workshop will introduce you to some very simple, yet inspiring techniques for shooting after dark. As the light changes you will learn how to expose for mood, compose inventive night portraits, artfully capture moving lights and take a variety of photos in low light situations. You will also receive class notes to compliment your practical learning experience. Take part in this top quality class and ensure you never make a amateur mistake again!

Session Length

This class runs for two hours
Begins at sunset and thus commences at different times throughout the year

Guidelines

Participants need their own camera equipment (inc film or digital camera, tripod, memory card and fully-charged battery)
Tripods can be hired for a fee of $20, and a cable release or remote also recommended
Some smaller compact cameras are suitable if they have manual mode however they may have some limitations on certain settings

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This workshop runs with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 6 people. Minimum numbers are required for the tour to go ahead. The teacher will be present at all times.

Spectators

Spectators are not permitted to tag along.

Weather

This experience will run indoors and in undercover locations if the weather conditions are wet. If severe weather is forecast we may reschedule the course.

Dress Code

Comfortable and warm clothing.

Other Info

This workshop is suitable for anyone over the age of 14. If under 18 years, please have a guardian drop off and collect you at end of experience.
