Wander the state-of-the-art facility and listen to informative commentary about the site, with the chance to see a static display of timeless cars from around the globe. Next up you'll visit The Big Olive Company, Australia's premier olive manufacturer, to see the showroom and factory and sample some of the finest olive products in the country. Journey to the picturesque riverside town of Wellington to savour a Devonshire tea at either The Hall Cafe Wellington or Wellington Courthouse Cafe.
Immerse yourself in Aboriginal heritage with a stopover at Raukkan, perfectly located where Lake Alexandrina and Albert meet. It's the birthplace of iconic Aborignal author and inventor David Unaipon, whose image appears on the $50 note. Explore the town and learn more about its rich history before enjoying a wild seafood experience at Coorong led by the people who catch the fish themselves.
