So if you don’t book and take your experience voucher in the first 12 months, RedBalloon will provide the amount paid in credit. This credit remains valid for a further 2 years, and can be used towards any experience on the site! If you have a gift voucher or retail gift card, these are also valid for 3 years. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
FREE EXCHANGES
Made an impulse purchase? Hey, we’ve all been there. If you have second thoughts about your decision and want a refund on your experience voucher, contact our Customer Experience Team on 1300 875 500. As long as it’s within 14 days and you haven’t activated your experience voucher, we can sort it out. And if you miss the 14 day window, don’t despair; have we got an offer for you! If your gift doesn’t quite hit the spot - or if you simply change your mind about wanting to finally dive with sharks (yikes!) - you have a whole year to exchange for something else.

If you find the experience advertised at a lower standard price* for the same experience on the same day by the same provider, we’re sorry! Other things to note
The funds for the first payment will need to be available at the time of purchasing. If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first payment will be made immediately at checkout, with following payments occurring over the next 6 weeks. Once you've been an Afterpay customer for more than 6 weeks, for orders under $500 the first payment is made in 14 days and the final payment in 8 weeks.
Refunds can be processed and payment plans cancelled if your request falls within Redballoon's refund terms and conditions.
If you fail to make a payment, Afterpay will charge a late payment fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.
