Select three courses from The Marion's exquisite a la carte menu; which combines top quality, seasonal and sustainable produce to bring you spectacular dishes. Meticulously prepared, you will be able to savour culinary excellence whilst sitting back and soaking up the serenity with sweeping views over the lake.

Entree

  • Twice baked cheese souffle, asparagus, hazelnuts
  • Spiced monkfish, soft polenta, chili butter
  • Goats cheese ravioli, peas, jamon iberico, mint
  • Kingfish ceviche, kaffir lime dressing, pickled jalapeno, grilled peach, cucumber
  • Beef tartare, egg yolk, crouton

Mains

  • White Pyrenees lamb, pistachio crust, pearl barley, cauliflower, rosemary jus

  • Dietary requirements can be catered for at no extra cost, please advise your requirements at time of booking
  • Participants must be over the age of 18 years to be served alcohol; photo ID may be required
  • All menu items may contain traces of nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten.
  • Any nominal value amount from this voucher, not used cannot be redeemed as cash, another gift voucher in any form or be used to purchase product, the total value amount must be used in one single sitting.

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience, and subject to availability
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
