2016 Masterchef finalist, Heather Day has teamed up with RedBalloon founder Naomi Simson on the latest season of Shark Tank Australia. Heather won over the 'red shark' with her 'Hey Day Butter' range. We sat down with the foodie entrepreneur to find out her top 5 favourite Gourmet experiences.

Japanese food is my ultimate, the skill involved and the intricate details are super clever. I love watching these masters at their craft and if I can pick up on any tips and tricks I will be very happy!
