Live your dream and feel the exhilaration as you take the controls and experience flight from the pilot seat. On this very special flight, your pilot can take the controls and show you some aerobatics!

In a Cessna 152, with an expert Instructor beside you, you will taxi out to the runway, pilot the aircraft during take off and actually fly - WOW! You can even ask for some hair raising aerobatics!

This is not just a joy flight - this is considered your very first lesson! Your Airline Pilot in a 747 started the same way!

It all begins with your pre-flight briefing. Your Instructor will explain the aircraft controls, and outline the fundamentals of piloting a light aircraft. You will taxi the aircraft out onto the runway, pilot it during take off and fly! Weather permitting, your instructor may take over the controls and show the world from up side down! Loops, barrel rolls and stall turns will give you the chance to see the sights from a new perspective.

Your Trial Introductory Flight is your very first entry into your Pilot Log Book if you choose to continue to fly – so it could well be the start of a life long love – or even a career. This is an experience not to be missed.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Jandakot Airport is 15km south of Perth City, Western Australia.

Session Length

Allow 1hour, includes a 15 min pre-flight briefing. Actual experience time is 45 minutes (engine start to engine stop). Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your booking time. We are open 7 days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm. (closed Christmas and Boxing Day, Good Friday and New Years).

Guidelines:

There is a minimum age of 13 years for all participants and a maximum weight of 115kg.

Numbers:

You will fly one on one with your instructor.

Spectators:

Friends and family are welcome – An observation deck and viewing café / restaurant area allow friends and family to relax while you fly.

Weather:

Weather restrictions apply. We will not fly in the event of rain, low cloud or strong winds. It is advised that you call the day of the flight to check conditions. On the day, should the flight not be possible, we will reschedule your booking for a later date.

Other Info:

Participant name and address is required by law. This flight record will be the first entry to go towards a full pilot’s licence if you wish to pursue a pilot training program. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or with no notice at all, will be forfeited

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great outing I found the whole experience excellent. The staff at the front were very helpful and accommodating. My instructor Ashley was very patient, helpful and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My only negative was the headsets made hearing conversation difficult so maybe some attention to that might help improve the experience. All up, a great day out and one I would recommend to my friends. 1 May 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by So much fun I flew with Ashley. He was very social, and gave good clear instructions. He allowed me to take off without any physical assistance, and gave me control most of the flight (including half the landing). It was amazing fun (expecially the stall turns) and 45 minutes just isn't long enough. I wanted to stay up there all day! 27 March 2013
