Choose 2 dishes from a selection of 4 entrées follows that includes the seared prawns dish with a dazzling mix of ginger, lemongrass, coriander, spring onion, chilli, lemon juice and fish sauce and the creamy crumbled pork, a great sharing dish of Chaloem’s creamy minced pork cooked in coconut cream with peanuts, pepper, garlic and coriander.

Choose 2 dishes from the selection of 4 Signature Main Courses prepared for you by Chaloem. These includes the guests' favourites classics home-roasted duck, sliced and prepared in a redolent dark rich red coconut curry with fresh sweet pineapple and cherry tomatoes, and the ocean-fresh Blue Eye Fillet pieces, plump prawns, fresh pear and mango wok-tossed in a light red curry-based stir-fry sauce.

Of course, what Dinner for two celebration is complete without a good bottle of wine or two? Included as part of the Banquet are 2 drinks each or $50 off any bottle of wine chosen from our wine list (recently described in the 1 Hat review from The Age Good Food Guide as a "serious… exciting, global list!").
