We all love to go out for breakfast, so why not make it extra special and treat yourself to breakfast and a glass of sparkling by a magnificent private lake? At our estate on the Mornington Peninsula, just one hour from Melbourne, you'll enjoy muffins, muesli and more.
At our Mornington Peninsula estate, breakfast is as fresh as the day! You will dine at the Manor House while overlooking the breathtaking private lake. This is indeed the perfect setting for enjoying the first meal of your day.
You'll enjoy a glass of Woodman Estate sparkling wine on arrival and then choose from fresh seasonal fruit and juices, sweet muffins, cereal and Bircher muesli, toast and an array of spreads. This is all served with your favourite espresso or a traditional cup of tea.
Conclude the morning by treating yourself to one of the mandatory gourmet cooked breakfast delights. Traditional english breakfast with the works, eggs benedict, french toast or the ever popular estate special, the list goes on. Breakfast has never been so enjoyable!
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria - approximately 60 minutes' drive south of the Melbourne CBD.
Session Length
We are open for breakfast seven days a week. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Breakfast is served from 8.30am - 11am and includes time for a stroll around the gardens. You can arrive any time between 8.30am and 9.30am.
Guidelines:
Bring a smile and a desire for quality dining! You must be over 18yrs to drink wine. Special dietary needs are easily catered for (vegetarian, gluten free or pregnant) must be advised at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. Each booking is seated at their own table. We can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests for breakfast.

This was such a peaceful place, serene and as we visited in winter we were inside in the summer outside would even be more beautiful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty. Starting the day with a champagne mmmm!

Wait staff were wonderful and attentive, but would have preferred to sit down before the explanation of how breakfast was served. It is also my preference to be served by one person instead of a few. Ambiance very good. Cooked breakfast not as hot as I would like, but over all a great experience.

The breakfast was lovely the Fine Dining area, the surrounding lake, I would recommend the Estate, for a getaway or morning breakfast. Unfortunately the morning drizzling weather wasn't the best so we only had a quick look around, if the sun was shining it would have been perfect..

It was a fantastic experience, the food [breakfast] was lovely, well presented and plenty of it, The sparkling wine was super and in a huge glass!!!, the coffee was great. The staff were well trained and courteous without being "in your face". I can highly recommend the experience.

Breakfast at the Estate was absolutely fantastic, the service was excellent, the ambiance is gorgeous and the staff were most welcoming. It was a pity that we had a rainy day however we managed to walk around the gardens and part of the lake which was lovely. Highly recommend a visit.

My partner and I went on a day that had terrible weather. But it did not distract from the beauty of the place. We drove for 3 hours to eat here but it was worth it.It was such a nice atmosphere to eat breakfast and the staff were so kind, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Plus the food was just AMAZING. The hot food provided had nice portions. I thought it would be small but it wasn't. And we had unlimited access to all the continental breakfast as well.
