Whether you are visiting for a romantic getaway or a session of relaxing massage, there's everything you need to make for a perfect holiday.

Session Length
This is an overnight experience and includes a three course dinner for two at the Heritage Restaurant. Hotel check-in is at 2pm with a 10am check-out the following day.
Guidelines:
This dinner package is available for Saturday night stays only. Check in Saturday, check out Sunday. Please note: Long weekends require a two night minimum stay.

Should you wish to reschedule your experience; 24 hours notice and a $50 administration fee applies (payable direct to the supplier). Your experience date can not be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice & will result in forfeiture of your voucher. Cancellations are not permitted.

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and attentive. The accommodation was lovely with a range of activities. We loved the grounds and the weather was kind allowing us to enjoy them even more. The food was good but not sensational. There could have been a greater variety of food with more salads. We go again.

Staff were really friendly & the bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. I would have liked more choice for dessert & a later dinner booking. Entree & Mains were great. I really think 6pm is far too early (this was the only time available when we booked) for the style of 3 course dinner. Also, it would have been good to have the option of in-house movies and/or a DVD player.

Professional and pleasant staff. Rooms were adequate with good ensuite. Lack of suitable Bed suspension proved to be a challenge at times. Overall good experience.

Beautiful location great friendly service beautiful food we were made to feel very welcome only draw back is the bedding. The double bed is 2 singles joined together not very comfotable !

The staff were very welcoming from the the minute we arrived. They made our stay very special. It was our 29th wedding anniversary. The 3 course meal was exceptional. We loved that we could take a short walk to the cafes The Palais too. Thank you for a very memorable weekend

Our time spent at Hepburn springs was an absolute joy,the place ,the surroundings,the staff,the food.It is just the place to unwind or be active.We spent a lot of the time in th pool/spa and by the fire with a nice glass of red wine.We have already mentioned the place to friends and relatives and we hope to come back one day and also try the place in Yarra Valley
