  I had a great day and learned a lot. I am going to tell all the mates I play in a pool comp with about the bbq school and what a good time I had.

  Sensational experience, learned a lot neat tips and tricks when it comes to cooking with a barbeque. Ben, Phil and the team were fabulous hosts for the day and the atmosphere was as described - just like having a BBQ at Ben's place. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and will be attending some of the other cooking classes on offer. Now the question is not, what can I cook on the BBQ but how will the BBQ improve this meal!!

  The whole experience was great. We learnt lots, it was hands on and we certainly enjoyed eating the results and drinking the different beers. Jason and all the other chef's were great.

  It was great!! The course was very well structured and very informative. Our instructors Steve and Jezz were outstanding and comical. I will be returning to do the meat course. I hope we have the same instructors. Am organising for 8 of us to do the course together. Keep up the good work guys!!! See you soon.

  On arrival we (my Son and I) were greeted by the hosts and made to feel very welcome. Gerard and Jordi were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful answering all questions put to them. Loved the experience so much we both have signed up for the BBQ seafood course. Look forward to that. Thanks for a great arvo Gerard and Jordi.
