The staff were excellent & couldn't do enough to help make the experience a fun & memorable as possible. Booking with red balloon was quick & easy. Would do it again. I know what I'll be giving friends & family for christmas next year! 19 January 2013

My partner and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone. There was no travel sickness feeling (I'm a sometime-sufferer) and the flight was smooth and gentle. It was over way too soon, we could have done it all again without a problem, if funds permitted. A wonderful way to spend my birthday present; thanks Red Balloon! 19 January 2013

We were given the choice to go for a bit longer at more of a cost, but we were satisfied with the scheduled time. The pilot was lovely, and he made the experience feel very professional and authentic. Overall fantastic experience. 25 November 2012
