Take a day on the water to visit Shark Bay at the Neptune Islands in South Australia, home of the worlds largest predatory fish! On the way see the spectacular scenery as you cruise through the Thorny Passage and expect sightings of dolphins and local Sea Birds. When the Sharks arrive you can choose to take a splash and get into the cage to actually swim with these endangered species. Venue:

Port Lincoln, South Australia - a 40 minute plane flight from Adelaide

Session Length

The experience runs for a full day of 10-12 hours depending on shark sightings and number of passengers. We depart from the Marina at 7am, please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Food and drinks are included for the day. Please contact us for tour dates and availability.

Numbers:

There will be 2-3 guides. The tour has minimum numbers of 6 for the experience to run.

Spectators:

This experience is suitable for spectators.

Weather:

Adventure Bay Charters will not run the tour if the weather is unsuitable

Other Info:

Cage access is only payable on the day on the boat. We don’t charge you the additional $100.00 until you have seen a shark from within the cage… only pay for what you see!!

My experience of seeing a great white and being able to leisurely take it all in was their number one priority. Nothing was too much trouble or left to chance. Top quality gear, well laid out boat, plenty of food, high attention to safety for all participants are the great whites. The use of acoustics to peak the natural curiosity of the sharks is ingenious are allowed for continual clear waters which made excellent viewing. 3 May 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Goozle A must do experience Despite the rough seas, the opportunity to dive with the great white sharks was an awesome experience. The crew love their job and made sure everyone was looked after and spent as much time in the cage as they wanted. A brilliant day! 28 April 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Noollab fantastic experience Overall great time, however I was unaware of the extra cost of $100 dollars if you go in cage and see a shark. I was informed of this once we were on boat and out in the ocean. should recommend sea sick tablets, most of the passengers vomiting with sea sickness and missed out on viewing 25 February 2013
