Head to Husk Farm Distillery for a unique and must-do experience when visiting the Northern Rivers. Located just a short 20-minute drive from the Gold Coast, arrive at this picturesque estate for a behind-the-scenes farm-to-bottle experience. You'll begin by creating your very own Ti-punch drink on arrival before diving into the sustainable frame and distilling practices of Husk Rum. You'll get hands-on experience juicing your own sugar cane, all whilst learning about the history of the land and the classic spirit of rum. Enjoy a guided Husk Rum tasting in the Barrel House as well as a delicious cocktail to finish. Guests are more than welcome to book a table or umbrella on the lawn after their experience to enjoy cocktails, tasting flights and lunch. A perfect day out in nature, where you'll get to learn, taste, enjoy and have some fun with rum!

The distillery overlooks Wollumbin and you can sit back and relax watching the sun set over the surrounding verdant cane fields. Husk Farm Distillery is Australia's only single estate paddock to-bottle distillery.
